CARING FOR CREATION:

The Green Team of St. James Lutheran is excited to announce the start of a project to help make all people of God better stewards of his gift to us. Over the next several months we will be sharing information and ideas on how you can make small changes in your life to protect the earth. You may ask why. It is simple. Caring for creation is our job. The Bible tells us caring for creation is a matter of justice and a deeply spiritual matter. The ELCA adopted a statement on Caring for Creation in August of 1993. This is an issue that is not new to our church. Please watch for more information in your email, announcements and social media. GET EXCITED!
